  1. I'm not gonna tell you to get over it but I will tell you to deal with it. Either that or don't get the blood test and potentially suffer the consequences.

When was the last time you ever got a shot or a blood test? If it was years ago, you may find that it's not that bad anymore.

I got a blood test a few weeks ago and I was really scared, because I used to get them all the time when I was a kid and I hated them. I looked away the whole time and shut my eyes really tight, and it felt weird but it didn't hurt. When she was done and I looked back they had taken sooo much blood, and I had no idea! It really wasn't that bad, at all.

  2. You can have someone punch you in the nose and then you can collect the blood that pours out

  3. You can get some numbing cream. My doctor got me prescription for some that is really for hemorrhoids but he said it can numb your skin for a blood test too. Apply very liberally and rub in to make sure it works. After that, you know it will not hurt. Take someone with you that you can trust to hold your hand and talk to you while it is going on. I know exactly what you are going through. The best thing to do is think of how it will be over soon. Make sure you do not get up to quick afterwards too, because that makes me faint. Also, bring crackers and water to eat afterwards to settle your stomach in case it hurts. I hope this helps your phobia!

  4. GET OVER IT. IT NOT ABOUT NOTTHING.GO GIRL.

  5. it is a small little tiny pinch and look away when it is being done.you worrying so much and freaking out about such a little thing you are going to give yourself a heart attack worrying so much and over reacting.

  6. just look away and tell the tech how afraid you are.
