There is no federal money for any programs like this and I don't know of any programs that would offer money for programs like this as well.

Since these programs are optional in life, you are going to have a pretty tough time finding money. You should try asking the people that run the programs you wish to attend.

You also might want to work on your spelling and grammar skills. Most scholarships require essays of some sort and it you write an essay like you write this question, you are not going to be considered.
