You need a firewire cable. (Sony calls it I.LINK.)

your camera can support USB, ilink(firewire/IEEE 1394a), and HDMI.

ilink is sony's term for firewire/1394a

HDMI is the fastest, but the capture card is expensive (like 400 dollars).

USB is slow

Firewire is the best, it's much faster than usb, and cheaper than an HDMI capture card
