I have old optura30 which has MIC input.

It offers full line depending on CCD size and lens.you can choose almost any  model. Almost all have mic input .It is easy to add audio at editing stage

Personally i like Canon DC310 DVD Camcorder. It is 2.7-inch widescreen LCD monitor.The USB 2.0 hi-speed terminal for quick video transfer.

A decent deal for it is only $275 instead of $350.

i have it, but not the HD one that costs 300$

mine cost about 130$ same style just not HD
