I need a car name?

Ok I know I sound stupid but this is my first car and well I need a name.lol

It is an 06' Ford Escape

It is Red

I am a girl so I need a girly name.

I don't have a name yet, but my first car was a Chevy Monte Carlo.  I named her Yvonne - That would be "Yvonne de Monte Carlo".

A friend's first car was a Dodge Neon.  He called her Celine - That would be "Celine Neon".

The first few names that come to mind for you are "Little Red", "Little Red Riding Ford" (If you had two friends to go with you, it could include " and The Three Bears", "The Great Escape" (Didn't you just love Steve McQueen?), "Buttons" (After Red Buttons), or you could just name her "Rose".

What is with all the request for car names lately?

Is this a new thing?  Naming a car?

I just call my car THE Civic and THE Audi.  Isn't the point of naming something (like a dog) so you can call it and it respond?

I understand , Houdini the great Escapologist , Scarlet (Red) get it , get it ,  Henry ( Ford ) the man who brought Ford motors about , Betsy ( good old name for a car ) .
