I need a cheap ( but high quality) tinted moisturizer that i can get through avon or wal*mart?

okay. i have vey fair skin and i need a good foundation. my mom told me to try a tinted moustirizer. i need some help one finding a very good one, cheap,please!

i am willing to pay 5.00 from wal*mart or mass retailers and

10.00 from avon or MK.

elf, loreal, almay, are AWESOME brands for great cheap tinted moisturizer, i love the elf brand of tints, its totally like less then 10$ and a great product found at drug stores, walmart, and target! (and makeup stores!) even online

I always like AVON products, and theyre usually cheap and inexpensive but my favorite thing about AVON is they don't test on animals :)

I RECOMEND AVON they are high quality, inexpensive, and don't test on animals

Almay makes a good tinted moisturizer you can get at walmart.

Covergirl CG Smoothers tinted moisturizer is a good one. and to me i feel like you get more product for your money than the other ones offer. Tinted moisturizers are good because they give you some coverage without that caked on look that some foundations have. I have fair skin, but i use the light to medium shade. It may look dark but it gives you just a hint of color.

Try e.l.f.! You can also find a store near you that carries this brand. It's pretty cheap. $1.
