Old Made New Again:

Over the years some of the most profitable products on the planet did not involve any new discovery.

The "Sony Walkman" is the most successful selling product in history.  Basically all it is a transitor radio with head phones.  The idea before the walkman was to build the speakers into the radio unit. Simple common sense, however miniturizing speakers to have a "good sound" has proven a huge challenge.  Add a set of head phones and viola... solution.

So if you science project showed a list of products that are a combination of existing technology in a "new product"... its an easy project, and you probably have everything to assemble the presentation at your desk.
