I need a code to change the general box to your own heigh and write what you want where it would say general?

on myspace it has a general box and i want to no how you can change the writing from general, hero, and all that stuff to what you want.. and i want it to still be blue.. and the same as before and just change the heigh of the big blue line on the side of that box.
