  1. try e***a

  2. You don't need a colon cleanser. Nature takes care of that every day. That waste doesn't stick to your colon walls.

Eat plenty of fiber, exercise, get plenty of water, your colon will be as clean as a whistle.

  3. Eat a big bag of raw baby carrots.  Drink plenty of water.  The carrots will pass through, "scrubbing" the intestinal walls, and pushing out all other waste.  You'll notice a difference the next day.

  4. Oxy powder is rated number one in the country.

I have also used it and I reccomend it.

It cleanses your colon with oxygen also it comes in tablets.

  5. The very best is Natural Supplements in the right combo. Do not go to a health spot or spa and get a colon flush. You do not need it and if you go they will convince you that you must have one every week to be healthy. Hogwash.

    Go to www.drnatura.com.

Buy the Colonix Set and for the first time you do it also do the Toxin Out Set. It is expensive but it is the best I have found.

My husband had his gallbladder out 15 yrs ago. He could no longer drink beer. He gave it up. Last year he did the Colinix Program for the 3 mos recommended (once a year) and instantly, he can drink beer without vomitting and diarhea. He feels better with much more energy. It really works.

Then after you clean out make sure you get lots of fiber in your diet and supplements. The fiber cleans you out each movement and keeps you healthy and feeling good. Water is essential too. At least 8-10 glasses per day winter and more in summer.

  6. If you want something over and above plenty of fiber, roughage, exercise and water you could take liquid chlorophyll and/or apple cider vinegar every day as they are both good colon cleansers.

    Enemas are totally unnecessary.

  7. www.dremel.com

  8. i personally just use a brush, just simply scrape the walls along my intestines and voila, im all clean. its clean, easy and cheap.

  9. myxango.com/mitaba <---its a whole-fruit puree. it tastes delicious too. go to the site and click on request info. im tellin u, those people are quick with responses

  10. Well, just to warn you, I went to my local nature store and asked the lady for a colon cleanser. She gave me this stuff called "First Cleanse." She said that would be best since this was my first, it would be gentle. Later I realized it was a body cleanse (even though she KNEW I was looking for a colon cleanse.)  It didn't do anything at all. Waste of $22.

So, make sure you get a colon cleanse and none of that stupid gentle "first" stuff.

  11. you may want to try an herbal product. it's called CFC. I use it annually, it cleaned me out in a matter of weeks. And you only have to do it once a year.

    i got it from a website www.chi-health.com

    hope this helps.

  12. get a check up and ask your doctor for a referral  to get a colonoscopy...ive had one before at jacobe hospital in new york

  13. Water and a high fiber diet, maybe a few doses of Metamucil.

    Colon cleansers are a scam.

    Read this:

Note the example they use of when a person prepares for a colonoscopy (when the colon has to be completely cleaned out), they never experience the so-called "impacted fecal matter" that the colon cleanser salespeople talk about.
