I need a comparison of NBC, ABC, CBS, & MTV's average advertising cost at any specific time.?

This is for school work due tomorrow... I already tried to call people at NBC, those who are responsible for advertising, but its after 5.

There is no answer to this.  It depends on time of day, your demographic target, time of year, length of commercial, yadda yadda yadda.  All I can tell you is that an average primetime commercial costs $75K to $100K.  (MTV is much much less)
