I need a cool, medium length hairstyle...any ideas?

So I know I want it to be teal and black,

but I've been trying to grow out my hair so I don't want it cut short again.

I want something that's a bit over-the-top and punky...different, really. Any ideas? Preferably with pics?

instead of the red teal... since u wanted it teal n black....i think it wuld look realllyyyyyyy cutee
