Where were you born ? - rules are different in different places.  But try the county registrar in the place of your birth

Contact the state's vital records department or the county you were born in's vital records department .  Usually you have to write a letter and pay to get a copy of your birth certificate.

Here in the UK, you can buy a copy of your birth certificate, at the register  office where you were born and your birth registered. You can find your birth details on www.ancestry.co.uk if in the UK. You could also email me through my profile and I will find the details for you.
