  1. First, employees, behind the windows, must not be rude, they should work faster and speak clearly.  

    An employee should be designated to watch how long customers have been waiting in line, sometimes, over 2-1/2 hours, and bring more supervisors to the floor.  

    The stamp machine should NEVER be out of stamps.  

    It's frustrating.

    The stamp machines should frequently be restocked.

    They often appear that they are not happy with their job.

    Doesn't the postal service provide that, as well as, online training?

    The 2 post offices in my area, NYC Stuyvesant and 4th Ave are very, very slow.
