  1. I have been on lots of cruises and here's what I suggest:

    - 2 or 3 of the person's favorite chocolate bars; or some Godiva or Ghirardelli chocolate.  ......... there is plenty of foods on cruises but sometimes you just want that old favorite.

    - a bottle of sun screen ....   this will be useful regardless of  where the cruise goes.

    - a couple mini-bottle of liquor  ..... cruise ship security is not likely to find or be concerned about such a small bottle.

    - a mini-bottle of hand sanitizer  .... this is always useful to help prevent the Norwalk virus on ships.

    - a sun visor or cap ......  always useful whether sunning or touring.

    - some fuzzy house slippers  .....  dare them to wear them out of the cabin.  Or some flip-flops.   ....  these they will wear.

    -  a thermal mug with a sealing lid ....  most cruise ship cups and mugs are small and this will really come in handy.

    - a can of air freshener  ... most cruise ship cabins are small and the cabin bathrooms do not have exhaust fans.

    -  an extension cord  ........  this will be handy for recharging cell phone, MP3 player, and other electrical plug ins.

    - a package of Dramamine, or one of those sea sickness bracelets .....  probably will not need this but its there just in case.

    - a small assortment of Zip Lock bags

    -  a book or novel to read ,  something racy maybe.

How's that for things to pick from???

  2. The thing about crusises especially RC royale carribbean are that you basiacally need monetary funds for everything. Don't buy until the very end of the cruise where they will be desperate to unload all that stuff, in all inclusive purposes get off the boat while you can and travel. My thing is this have a lot of movies and video games, things close early on the ship.

  3. I gave this one and it went over very well;

    Life Jacket

    Paddle

    Whistle

    LifeSavers Candy

    A Small inexpensive Compass.

Total cost was around $25.00 plus a card.

    Hope this helps.

  4. I have been on several cruises and always forget this, make sure you add an emergence rain poncho, we seem to get rained on at lest once per cruise, that is fine it never last more that a few minuets

OK what else that would be fun....

bottled water as it is $3 on the ship and more at ports!!!

tums, (antacid) as they will over eat

Dramamine, few get sick but it will be funny to add
