I need a cute short haircut?

A lil about myself: Im black, i have short brown hair with red streaks (burgundy) mid-neck length. Kinda like my avatar. My hair is broken off on the right side so i usually wear an inverted bob( http://sparkleshelf.com/files/4/rihanna-victoria.jpg ). My face is oval shape and very small.

I want something edgy and cute. I know my haircut already is nice but i want something new for high school. I dont wanna do too much cutting to my hair cuz i want it to grow.

I like the bob that rihanna has in that pic, but honestly the best thing would be to do some long dramatic side-swept bangs into the long sides, and you could do your higlights only on the long side.
