I need a design for a shirt.?

It's a Marching Band shirt. Our high school is Olympia High.

I need some ideas!

you should get the Superchick symbol. Its this person screaming into some voice speaker horn thingy.., look it up.

Try something empowering in a marching band, or all the instuments all over the shirt, some spelling/showing the symbol in an accentuated color (like school colors). Or if it is a one year thing do the unoriginal everyone signing the shirt.
