I need a diagnosis for this wrist pain.

Also, there seems to be a hard bump exactly where the pain is originating.

  1. Eeek, it might be carpel tunnel. You may want to get a wrist brace or something to wear when you work out.


  2. its probably nothing since it just happened once. Try icing it and taking a pain med. Then lay of the workouts for a bit and if it happens again then seek treatment

  3. Sounds like carpal tunnel. Try webmd.com

  4. Welcome to carpal tunnel.  Google it.

  5. Carpal tunnel is more of numbness and tingling and occurs in at least 2 or 3 fingers.  It sounds like you must have pulled or bruised something like a tendon.  You should get it checked just to make sure everything is okay.  I cannot diagnose you over some symptoms.  A doctor can help you more.
