i really am stuck. i need a diet plan. i was on a plan that is too strict...which means i have eaten BAD foods for a week! i feel awful! i cant go back on it as its too restrictive plus i know i will end up here again. i was having no carbs, doing 2-3 hours exercise a day and 800 calories. i was also usually skipping lunch..because i would forget or didnt know what to have!so...i need to lose 30 pounds. and id loke to do it in 3 months. what can you recommend? i was considering going on slimfast? i really feel like i need a structured plan all set out for me...like a proper "diet".please help...im going crazy! i need to stop eating and start losing but i dont know how!???!
