  1. the ABS Diet gives you good exercise routines, tells you the kinds of foods to eat to drop alot of weight and gain muscle and lose fat. me, my dad, and my bro did it and it worked really well!!

  2. work ur self up slowly u can

go swim 20 laps and  5 miles running u will get ripped fast

and get abs too but it going to take work so drink water and over don't work your self. o u will want to stop eat bad foods and eat protein and veggies.

u might want to start with swimming 5 laps in the pool then one mile do this every day. then when it gets easy increase your laps and miles distance. if u can't do 5 laps in the pool or one mile cut it in half.

    o don't forget to stretch.

  3. Keeping a food journal really does help.  It will give you a much better sense of how much you are eating, and when, and why.

Make a few small changes - walk everywhere, always use stairs instead of elevators, walk on escalators, get up and move around at least once an hour if your work or life in general is sedentary, walk every day, use a pedometer. Walking 10,000 steps a day is a really good idea. Build up to a long brisk walk everyday, or most days.  Be more active and watch less TV and spend less time on the computer.

Start a weight lifting routine. It will help increase your metabolism and make you feel and look better in so many ways. Join a gym. Possibly you can find one that has someone who specializes in weight lifting programs for beginners. Weight lifting will increase your metabolism as well as improve posture and appearance overall.

In terms of diet, cut out or reduce things like junk food, pop, fat, fast food. Eat more fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean meat, fish. Drink plenty of water. You will begin to see changes in your body.

The man b***s may be a different issue.  The condition is called gynecomastia.  Check these links.
