i understand your question! the point is not to have them do it on their own shoes, that is a given. the point is to have a doll that they can practice on whenever they want.

i totally had one of those when i was a kid. i have been looking for a while, and haven't been able to find a pattern for anything like it.

my mom is going to just make one up by buying a generic soft doll pattern, and making the clothes with random items like a zipper, a button and primary color blocks.
