Specifically, I need about 25-100 copies of a plastic T that holds my PVC handrail to the stems on a spiral starcase. I live in Denver, CO.

  1. You can make them yourself by making a mold and using a thermoset plastic resin (usually stronger and stiffer if mixed with fibers). Many website are dedicated to home made production like this. It is fairly easy to do if you already have an example piece from which to make the mold. Depending on how strong you need it to be (and how cheep you want to be) you could melt down plastic milk cartons (a thermoform plastic) and use that material in the mold.

  2. first contact the maker of the piece they can tell you were to get more. if not sure of the maker.take the piece to a hardware store, they can give you more information on it .if all else failes, contact a mould maker an they will tell you what it will cost to reproduce your part.good luck!

  3. go to this site

http://www.alibaba.com   they are a international  trade center of the world and you may find what you need allready there. You will just have to do some leg work with inquiry's.

  4. Check out the local vocational school or high school machine shop.  They may have the tools and/or manpower to do what you need for little or nothing more than the cost of materials.
