This one only works if you have a balcony above your back door

Set up a Large fan under a cape or something, place many large boxes of feathers near it. Also purchase a rubber chicken thingy, the part of the chicken that is rubbery and red you know? buy one of those. But some buckets of strong glue on the balcony.

When your victims walk through the back door into the back yard, have someone dump the glue on them while you turn on the fan and blow the feathers onto them, quickly run up to them and put the chicken thing on them. Take a picture. Voila! They become the ingredients at the cookout.
