can someone please give me a really cute first day outfit + i am agirly girl ... but dont make it too expensive my budget is about 15- 30 dollars ** thxs

I didn't keep price in mind when making this outfit; this is just an idea of what kind of pieces you could buy, they could be by any brand.

I figured that I would stray from the typical pink-sparkly-girly-sugar stereotype and give you something cute but a little more mature.  Hope you love it! (;
