my sister and i want a flat stomach by thanks giving so all our family and ex trifling boyfriend scan see how good we look and we want to feel better about our selfs please help me! i need eating ideas, workouts to target the stomach area, umm supplements, everything you got....throw them at me. we are 5'1 weigh 138 with a 32 inch waist and she got a 33 inch waist and we are 17

  1. lots of cardio - dancing, walking, running, swimming, aerobics

    situps/crunches

    yoga and pilates

    drink lots of water

    dont eat lots of chocolate or sweets

  2. You can't target the stomach UNLESS you want to build your abdominal muscles. If you want to burn the fat on top of those abdominal muscles, you'll have to either do cardio workouts (jogging, bike riding) or light weight training for the whole body.

    Eat plenty of fruits and veggies and lean meat. Drink skim milk. Don't eat any sweets at all. Do a workout that causes you to sweat every day.

    Don't exhaust or starve yourself unless you want to hinder results.

  3. you can always try mixing up your cardio with running, swimming, and riding a bike. also the supplement arginine is supposed to stimulate the body to burn fat so you might want to look into that
