  1. eat low fat, low carb.

    the only carbs you should get should be from high fiber foods.

    eat tons of veggies and fruits.

    every other day do ab exercises, not too heavy though.

    and every day do cardio.

    i find running in the morning, in the middle of the day try to fit in some more cardio and at night do some stationary bike, or eliptical machine.

  3. You need to add some resistance training to get toned.  Tone is achieved when you have muscle and a low body fat % so that you can see that muscle.  Try out the routines and diet here..
