I need a foreign exchange program!!?

i am looking for a foreign exchange program in which a scholarship is offered and i can be housed in a small town in england. help!! im desperate for a place with some culture!!

Foreign exchange programs are not designed to give free vacations to those looking to escape boring circumstances. The purpose is to broaden your horizons and help you learn tolerance for a different way of living. Most programs allow you to choose a country (some don't) but there's no guarantee it will be a small town. Might be a city. Might be a pig farm. Are you ok with that?

You don't say what country you're from, but if you're from the U.S., then be sure the program you select is accredited by CSIET.  Also, if you work hard to earn money to pay your own way (or on limited scholarship) you'll appreciate the experience that much more.
