i want to write an offecial letter speaks of a new tourist copmpany, will be sent to hotels in order to give the prices of their rooms ? do you have a formal letter talking to the possibilities of a company and its services wich can be offered to its customers?

Here's a website with a bunch of sample business letters.  Look under Promotional letters and find something similar to your business.  Use spell check before you send.
