I need a formal occasion to go to!!! HELP!!!?

A few months ago I bought a really gorgeous black dress that looks too fancy for any simple occasion.... I need somewhere to go in that dress!!! I've been looking for parties or balls or really fancy restaurants that require men to wear suits and stuff.... but i can't find anything!! maybe someone here can help me?? let me know ASAP! PLEASE!!!! thank you!!!!

considering new years is nowhere near and you want something SOON, there are lots of places you could go. if you don't have plan for the fourth of july, make it really special by going out with your boyfriend or friends to a really nice restaurant and watching the fireworks from there.

also lots of fun things are coming up for the younger crowds.. i'm assuming you are out of high school, but why not chaparone a prom? they'll bring back good times and you'll be helping out a school.

a graduation dinner? debutante ball?

moving away from high schoolish stuff, i believe this is something EVERY woman should do, even if it's just once.
