  1. Freecycle in your area.

    register and read the rules for your area, list your need and scan the listings.


  2. try the craigslist site in the free section

  3. your question is way to vague.

    nobody is going to have a free sofa bed/futon if they don't know who you are, where you live (for all we know, you could live in Madagascar), ETC.

  4. I would try freecycle in your area, or Craig's list.  The daily newspaper also usually have a free section in the classifieds.  Good luck!
