Hi, I'm willing to pay for this, but let me explain. I found an old Quit Claim deed from 1933 and I dont know if it's worth anything or not. Again, I'm willing to pay for this, but don't want to pay an arm and a leg because it might not be worth anything.. here's the info you will need

Quit Claim Deed

from: El Aviador Gold mining Co.

To: Ed L. Queen

Jan 14th 1933

Book #21 Page 142

Records of deeds

thanks!

  1. I see several problems (and no I can't do a title search).  First off if this is worth something its worth it to Ed Queen or his heirs (are you an heir of his).  Secondly, if he has not been paying taxes on the property in 75 years I guarantee its not his anymore.  Lastly, if someone else has been claiming title to it and keeping it up (and paying taxes) for some amount of time (20 years where I live - no idea for New Mexico) then they can claim squatters rights and essentially say they own the place regardless of whether this deed would have any value.

Long story short, its worthless assuming Mr Queen hasn't been paying taxes on it - don't waste to much time on this.
