I need a fun activity to do this sunday... what should i do??

So my boyfriend leaves for bootcamp on sunday night and i want to plan something really fun for us to do during the day. we are both 18 he leaves at 7 so it should be a day thing. im pretty sure the weather will be nice. i live in southern NH . leave me suggestions! thanks
