I need a game creating system that is no downloads...

like one of those browser java creating game creator or flash..

no downloads!!! and when ur done likes theres a code that i can put it on MY SITE, or can i get like javascripts tutorials an easy one cuz i have no experience in javascript dont TELL ME toL LEARN i want a step by step tutorial or just see wut u can find. AND NO DOWNLOADS LESS EXPERIENCE and remmber i want to put it on my site! best awnser gets 10 pts

But to your question, you haven't really said what kind of game you want to make.  Obviously you're going to need to learn a programming language of some kind, Flash or Java if you want that kind of game, or you could use RPG Maker to make a role-playing game.  You could use PlayerWorlds to make a mmorpg.  The possibilities are endless, but it totally depends on what kind of game you want to make.
