  1. I'm sure you can find here what you're looking for!!

Ich hoffe das sie es hier finden können!

  2. CallCentric, a VoIP service provider based in USA, provides German DID (direct inbound dialing) phone numbers from 32 German area codes for only $5.95/month US$. (see my profile for links)  This includes UnLimited Incoming calls.

To receive your calls from the local German area number, you will need a VoIP ATA adapter configured with CallCentric.

I use a Linksys PAP2T ATA configured with CallCentric to receive my local area code calls with.

If you don't want to use a hardware ATA, you can also use free softphone on your PC supplied by CallCentric.  Or, you can use another type of user configurable free softphone from CounterPath called X-Lite, or the OpenWengo softphone from Openwengo.org (I use and like OpenWengo as my preferred user configurable softphone).

Or, if you don't want to bother using VoIP equipment, you can just set your CallCentric account to forward any incoming calls from your German DID phone number to your local PSTN or mobile phone, anywhere in the world.  Calls forwarded to North America phones are only charged at 1.9 cent/min.
