  1. Take a look at 3M 5200 - http://www.boatersworld.com/product/3778...

Boatersworld has it in both black and white. If I'm not mistaken (it's been a while, so I don't remember) I think 3M offers this in clear, also (just not carried by Boater's World).

This is available in two formulas - quick dry (fully cured in 24 hours) and "normal cure" which takes 7 days to fully dry.

I've used it on my boat -- love it.

The only people who don't like it are those who are trying to disassemble something that was put together with this stuff...

  2. silicone is what they use to assemble acrylic fish tanks.

  3. gorilla glue

  4. This will have to be a silicone product which will stick to acrylic.  Go to the hardware store and ask for a product that a person could seal a fishtank with, but it must be silicone based.

  5. If you're gluing acrylic to acrylic, use Weld-on or similar plastic cement, available at Tap Plastics.

    Anything else, use silicone.

  6. E6000 is pretty good stuff. Its worth a try, I like it, but havent used it on anything that routinely gets wet. Glues acrylic to wood great!

This is the stuff, you can get it at hardware stores and home improvement stores http://www.artbeads.com/e6000.html
