  1. GOOD MORNING BALTIMORE-HAIRSPRAY

    YOU CANT STOP THE BEAT-HAIRSPRAY

    OUT TONIGHT-RENT

    RENT-RENT

    SUMMER LOVING-GREASE

CHORUS LINE SONGS ARE AMAZING TO !

  2. Bye Bye Birdie- How Lovely to be woman.

    Wicked- Popular

Hairspray- good Morning Baltimore, I can hear the Belles.

    Good luck!

  3. maybe sing something from the wizard of oz, the moving titanic,

or better yet, Hairspray.  There are many good songs from that musical. You can also search online for popular audition songs.

  4. Nothing from Wicked. Nothing from RENT.  Nothing from Phantom of the Opera.  Nothing from Hairspray. They're all extremely, extremely overdone as well as not particularly appropriate for the show as they're in completely different style and will not prove to the director/musical director that you can sing in the style necessary for the show.  I'd advise finding another Harold Arlen song (look him up on Wikipedia, he wrote lots of lovely songs) as he's the composer of the Wizard of Oz so the style will be exactly what you want.

  5. Popular- Wicked

    Defying Gravity-Wicked

Anything from Wicked since it is related to wizard of oz

  6. Download songs from Kiss Me Kate. There are a variety of fun songs for male and female. If you are a female a great song is, "Always True To You" and if you're a male, Where is the life I late led?"

Both of these songs are not too popular and not too new so they should be safe. Kiss me Kate is a lovely Cole Porter musical and everything he touches is close to genius.

  7. What part are you trying out for? How old are you? What's your gender? No... I am not an online stalker, these are all just important factors when deciding your audition song.

ALSO, I know all these other people who have answered you are just trying to be helpful... but POPULAR audition song DOES NOT equal GOOD audition song!

  8. Don't Rain on my Parade - Barbara Streisand

    or People - Barbara Streisand

thats from the musical Funny Girl

    Funny Honey - Chicago

    Nothing - From Chorus Line

    Listen - Dreamgirls

    Summertime - Ella Fitzgerald

Think of me - Phantom of the Opera

  9. Um Goodmorning baltimore : HAIRSPRAY THATS ALL THAT i can think of ( sorry caps was on)

  10. You Must Love Me

    or

    Send in the Clowns

    or

    Popular (from wicked)

    or

If I Were A Bell - this is the best you get a great note at the end!!

  11. Warehouse

  12. Good and Evil from Jekyll and Hyde.
