I need a good Mexican restaurant, with mariachi and or good Latin music and drinks.

My boss is having a business meeting and he ask me to find him a hip place to eat and have music, price is not a big thing, just not over $40 a person, not including drinks. It has to have music. Must be in the bay area, California, preferable San Francisco or Oakland.
