I need a good board game for 10 adults and children?

I'm having a small NYE party and need a few games to pass the time.

Spoons...it's not a board game but a great group game perfect for children & adults to play together.

It is similar to musical chairs but with spoons.  Around a large table, say one in a dinining room or a ping pong table, everyone sits.  In the middle layed out in a circle towards the people are table spoons, one less than the number of people playing.  A deck of cards is shuffled, and everyone gets 4 cards, with the ones left placed face down next to the person who delt.

  The object is to get 4 of the same card, then grab a spoon.  

The dealer picks up one card, then keeps it in his hand and discards a card, or passes that card face down to the person to his right.  That person picks up the card, either keeps it and discards a card from his hand or passes it on. The dealer keeps picking up a card, either keeping it and discarding a card from his hand or simple picking up a card and not wanting it passing it on. All cards are passed face down. You do this in a Quick, not slow manner.

As soon as a person has 4 cards all of the same number or face ( ie  four 8's or four Kings, or four 2's, etc )  that person grabs a spoon. Then everyone else attempts to grab a spoon.  The person who fails to get a spoon is out.  

The cards are collected, shuffled, the spoons are put in the middle of the table minus one ( always one less spoon than contestants remaining ) and  the next person deals 4 cards to everyone, puts the remaining cards down, picks one up from the pile, and starts the process all over again.  Play till there are 2 people left, then the last round with that person the winner.  

You can NOT grab a spoon unless you have 4 of the same number/face cards....then it is everyone for himself...  a riot of a game.

Oh get Catch-Phrase, people of all age LOVE it. I guarentee you that if you start playing Catch-Phrase, everyone have a great time. When I was at my friend's house last year, me and my friend played it with her parents, older sister, and younger brother, so we had ages 9-54, and everyone had a wonderful time. Bring Catch-Phrase, and have a great time.
