  1. Walk back away from it about half a kilometer. Look at the color/hue of the horizon and the area surrounding the cabin.

    That's what you should paint it. A "pattern" may actually make it more noticeable.

    A 4" paint brush works real well. If your in a hurry use a cheap broom.

  2. There is a way using local plants as a shadow template to create a very custom camouflage effect.

    Here is a link showing the method, although it could have been done far better; http://www.geocachingmaine.org/forum/sho...

    The idea is to paint the surface with the brightest local greens, browns, tans. Yellow etc, then lay grass, leaves or small branches over that that painted surface and spray over the plant material with dark colors like flat black or brown. This leaves the shadow effect and created a 3-D background.

    Here is a truck I did;

    After you have practiced a few times you will get better. Once you paint the shed, you can lay branches against it to blend it in even more.

  3. look at your surroundings and match colors as far as a pattern goes the more random the better.

  4. go on google and type in waffen ss camouflage patterns the dot camo i recommend.

  5. Don't use a pattern per say.

    Just look at the surroundings and use those colors in circles, lines, ovals etc.

    Good luck!
