I need a good diet?

i exercise 4-7 times a week always a minumum of 1h30mins training to be a professional fighter and i need a good diet that will give me lots of energy and still is good for you, any ideas guys?

  1. eat 80% of your regular diet. Simply reduce your proportions. Oh and try reading "skinny bitchh" its a great motivator and the ultimate HEALTHY way to loose weight.

Please acquire the book "ABSolution" by Shawn Phillips; it has a complete diet guide, and another good book is also Body for Life.  Recently Mr. Phillips has written a new updated work, as you search for it on amazon I'm sure you can find it.  Part of what fighting in sports seems to boild down to is who is healthier and stronger, and if you want superior health and muscle without resorting to 'roids, I can't think of any two people more qualified to give fitness advice than the Phillips bros.

    Much of their nutrition and fitness program (sans the dynamic tension) is modeled after the ideas of Charles Atlas, although not 100%.  Using their own researchers, they updated and explored many of Atlas' ideas, something no other fitness body has done.  Any folks at, or associated with Muscle Media magazine (if they're still called that, been a while since I read), are easily the best.
