I need a good editer program. You know one?

Not GIMP or Paint.NET.......I prefer Paint.NET but I can't change certain colors.........I need to be able to change white to something and black to something and maybe white to black and vise-versa........And it needs to be free and not mess up my computer......

I don't think there is a program that fits your requirements ...   not Gimp and free.

You might consider Photoshop Elements, which is under $100.

If that is too pricey, then your alternatives are the online editors:
