Nausea (easy to fake, with moans and awful faces), because if your parents give you Tums, there are no bad side-effects of taking them when you aren't really sick.  Plus, feeling like you're going to throw up is known for appearing and disappearing really quickly.

If your not sick or dying do yourself a favor and just go. It would take more effort to make an excuse than it would to go.

have u ever put onions under ur armpits when going 2 bed?

i havnt tried it but my friend says that if u do this u will have a fever when u wake up in the morning =)

I have heard that there are parents who just let their kids take a break from school once in a while. I dont know what kind of personality your parents have, but can you just tell them that you need to take a mental health day?

You could say that you have a headache, that always works for me.  If you get up when everybody else is gone you could say that your alarm went off late.  Idk, be creative!  Hope I could help!!!
