I need a good eyeliner.?

i need a good eyeliner that doesnt smear or run with use. it need s to come in black and possibly water proof? the price doesnt really matter as long as it is not insane. can you please give me the name so i can look it up?

I use Revlon in jet black or something like that and it sometime smudges but only when you touch it.

Ha, a question I can answer.

Major thing: DON'T always wear waterproof eye makeup (this includes mascara ABOVE ALL). The chemicals in it can cause your lashes to thin, fall out, etc. over longs periods of use. That said...

I use Rimmel eyeliners. They're about $2 and and work great: excellent color and glide on very easy. They also have very good staying power. I've never used waterproof in their brand; not sure if it exists.

However, one option many girls/women don't take advantage of is eye makeup primer. Its usually a cream, and you put it on after washing your face, toner, or whatever you skincare regimen is. It makes eyeliner and eyeshadow stay on for hours without fading and all that junk, works just like a regular makeup primer, which is also a key buy. May I suggest MAC makeup primers, but you can wear whatever makeups with them, because buying all MAC can get a bit pricey. And once you have a good primer, you really can't s***w up the rest of the face.

Honestly, you don't need brand name really. The best eye liner I have ever used is from Wal-Mart. Just go to the isle that has all of those no-name brands and try your luck.
