can anyone send me a webpage to help me train for the football team at my high school

  1. 3 day a week workout:

    Monday:

    Arm training- bench press, shoulder press, upright rows, tricep extensions.

    Wednesday:

    Leg training- Leg press, leg curls, any other leg excersice

    Friday:

    same as Monday.

    After the training, go to a track and do alternating 50's.

    Sprint 50 yards, walk 50 yards, sprint, walk, sprint walk. do AT LEAST 8 laps like this and try to improve every day.
