I need a good game, any suggestions?

Ok, so I want to get a new Xbox 360 game. I kinda want the price to be low and I just want some suggestions of some really good games. Co-op is a plus but not a must. Also I like RPG's. Here are some I already have....

Based upon the description i will say, you will enjoy halo 3 or madden 09 if your into competitive play between you and your fellow man online. but another great game would be the all fun and gory dead rising. its not online but a unique experience every 360 owner should enjoy and yes it has a gigantic amount of rpg elements. another game that you cant miss out on is elder scrolls 4 oblivion, probably the best rpg at the current moment in the known time of the time space contimuium.
