I want to loose some fat in my body, im not overweight just not skinny. i play basketball for about 2-4 hours a day and do 3 full body workouts a week plus working out my arms or legs an extra 2 days.

i lost a little bit of weight already (been doing this since near the end of july). i eat non fried foods already but i want a diet plan that is good to loose fat in my body.

  1. I start my day off with 2/3rds cup of plain quaker oats and (2) 2/3rd cups of water with cinnamon shaken over them. I then micro wave for 2 min.


  2. Take a beer mug full of white gourd juice add 2 table spoon full of honey and drink it in empty stomach in the morning. U can see the difference in 2 weeks.

  3. dont do the extra workout on the arms and legs. instead, split your whole body workout into 3 days. day 1: arms/chest, day 2: back/legs, day 3: abs/shoulders. day 4: rest, then repeat from day 1.

    3 must-do exercises are

    bench press (arms/chest)

    deadlift (lower back/abs)

    squat (legs/butt)
