I want to loose some fat in my body, im not overweight just not skinny. i play basketball for about 2-4 hours a day and do 3 full body workouts a week plus working out my arms or legs an extra 2 days. i lost a little bit of weight already (been doing this since near the end of july). i eat non fried foods already but i want a diet plan that is good to loose fat in my body.
