My husband is a professional cook. I've been begging for some pesto for 3 weeks and still nothing.

Any simple easy pesto recipe I can make in bulk and then freeze?

  2. Pesto is also good for the health

  3.      There's a pesto recipe at the below link.  Sure, pesto can be frozen and kept...just make sure it's well-sealed.

  4. Start with fresh basil and garlic, put them in a food processor and mince. Add olive oil, salt, and parmesan cheese until smooth. You can also add roasted pine nuts for a rich nutty flavor. Do not cook! Just toss with hot pasta.

  6. This girl at work made a foccacia pizza with pistachio pesto, goat cheese, and sundried tomatoes... it was amazing.   If i remember correctly: In a food processor blend fresh spinach leaves, 2-3 cloves garlic, about 1 c. pistachios, and salt.  Drizzle in olive oil until its reached desired consistency.  like i said, it was delicious.
