I need a good program where I can crop and make different effects on photos. Know any?

I need it for my artwork preparation. I used to use the program that came with my epson printer, so I dont need anything special. A free download would be great

  1. Photoshop! or Microsoft Picture It! Express. Microsoft should be on your windows if you plug in your camera to the USB.
