All court is for is to update me and my exes payment. To see how much we're making and if they needed to up or down the payments.

  1. I don't know about the courts where you are located, but where I am a no show for any type of hearing results in a warrant being issued.

The only way I know works is a medical certificate from your doctor stating you are unwell/stressed.

  2. Your exes, sounds like a child support court date.  I would suggest you show up because if you don't then the "exes" will get the benefit of the doubt.

Nothing is more important than your check being garnished for unpaid child support.

  3. Unless you have a good attorney to file a Continuance, or a documented medical emergency where you are in the hospital and/or scheduled for surgery during the scheduled Court date, you will not likey get a Continuance and the Court will not care what other "important" events you have, just that you reschedule them and appear in Court,  and default Judgment will likely be entered in your ex's favor for your failure to appear in Court.

  4. If you have a lawyer, they maybe able to  do this for you. If not, contact the court in question and ask for a re-schedule if possible.

  5. unless you have a medical reason, the courts done allow you to have a new date for a court hearing

  6. call and tell them your situation

  7. Call and ask. Who knows.
