  7. This is a great mexican style one...

Cut a couple of onions in small pieces and sweat off. Then add the ground beef and some turmeric for flavor stirring continuously until beef turns into a brownie colour.

Add some tomato paste - a few spoonfuls - and stir. Add a can of baked beans, with liquid, together with a can of strained corn. Leave to simmer for a few minutes.

Add some Tabasco - to taste - some black pepper a dash of Worcestershire sauce with some english mustard.

Top off with some chopped parsley and grated cheese.

    You can serve with tacos.

  8. 2lbs of ground beef and 2 boxes of Hamburger Helper (Cheeseburger Macaroni Flavor). Kids and adults both like it and it is something quick to make when time or the heat is an issue. We (my family) had some a few days ago and everybody thought it was delicious. I think I'll make it more often.

  9. YOU can use my recipe. I haven't had any complaints. I make empanadas (fried ground beef pastries) they are banging, everyone loves them.

    1 lb of ground beef

    1 lime

2 tiny teaspoons of white vinegar

green, yellow and red peppers chopped

Goya sofrito or Goya recaito seasoning (a tablespoon full)

Goya coriander and annatto seasoning (adds taste and color)

Vegetable or corn oil (3 tablespoons)

    Intructions:

Better if you sautee' all of the ingredients before you add the beef.

*and if you want it doesnt hurt to add a little tabasco sauce to spice things up

    ENJOY!
