I need a good recipe for an indian curry?

can anyone out there give me a good recipe for hot madras curry

it would be great if theres a indian chef or any indian people reading this that could help living in ireland and its hard to get a good curry for take away or to get the ingredeints we just love them

  1. 1 Ground chilies (not chili - powder)

    8 1/2 Ground coriander seeds

    1/8 Ground ginger

    1 Ground black mustard seed

    1 Ground fenugreed seed

    1 Ground black pepper

    1 2/3 Ground tumeric

    4 Curry leaves

    Mix together all ground dry spices;

    Proceed according to recipe instructions for what you are making;

    Add the curry leaves directly to the cooking pot.

    1. boil 2 liter water.

    2. buy a maggie / top ramen instant noodle

    3. wait a minute dont pour noodle... coz u want to make curry

    4. take out the masala pack from the noodle pack

    5. cut it and pour into boiling water...

    6. take a mid-size tomato.. chop it and pour it into the boiling almost curry.

    7. salt for the taste
